ParentVUE

ParentVUE is an online system that allows parents and guardians to keep up-to-date on their children’s education progress. Parents can verify registration info for an upcoming school year. Parents can also view attendance and report cards. Once student is in middle and high school, a parent can view assignments and grades.

ParentSquare

ParentSquare is used for school communication, primarily with email, text, and app notifications. ParentSquare automatically generates an account for each parent, using their preferred email address and phone number. We encourage parents to access their accounts so they can download the mobile app and update their preferences on when and how they are notified.

Online Registration Opened May 1st for 2026-27 Incoming New Students

May 1, 2026 Online registration is now open for new students to Reynolds School District who will attend a Reynolds District school for the 2026-27 school year. This includes incoming kindergarten students.

After July 1, 2026 Active returning students in 1st thru 12th - Parents will sign into their ParentVUE account and verify their student(s) return to Reynolds School District online or via their ParentVUE app. WAIT UNTIL AFTER JULY 1st.

Do you have an incoming 2026-27 kindergarten student? Please register onine by June 12th to receive summer parent square updates. Thank you!

Selecting the organization that you wish to support is as simple as updating the Fred Meyer Community Rewards selection on your digital account:

1. Sign in to your digital account or go to your Fred Meyer app. and go to Community Rewards
2. Search for Sweetbriar Elementary School under the organization search bar and click "save".
Your selected organization will also display in the Fred Meyer Community Rewards section of your account. If you need to review or revisit your organization, you can always do so under your Account details.

STINGERS SHOW UP!
We love to see our STINGERS SHOW UP for their classmates and staff. We believe in building community with our students and parents!

The classroom with the best attendance each week displays the signed Timbers soccer ball!
Stingers make a GOAL of great attendance.

PLEASE call or parentsquare your school office by 9:00am if your student can't make it to school. 503-666-9441. We can then excuse the absence.
